The law office of JUDr. Michal Filouš is a law firm based in Olomouc, Czech Republic. It consists of a team of three lawyers with a detailed specialisation in the individual areas of law.
We provide comprehensive legal services for both individuals and legal entities. The services are offered in all areas of law, in particular commercial and company law, civil law, criminal law, administrative law, property law, housing and building law, and labour law. We draw up contracts reflecting the specific requirements of our clients, review other contracts and agreements, e.g. when property is being sold, etc.
A major part of our activities consists in representing our clients in proceedings held before public administration authorities, courts of law of various jurisdictions, and European judicial institutions. We can also provide legal services in the practical application of Community law, and have actively pursued litigations before the European Court of Justice in Luxemburg. We also actively work together with notaries public and executors. We place particular emphasis on legal prevention and avoidance of litigation and other proceedings. We therefore provide comprehensive legal services to multiple companies and enterprises on a continuous basis.
We also focus on copyright and family law. We prepare divorces and comprehensive settlement arrangements between the husband and wife in divorce proceedings, i.e. the drafting of the relevant agreements and legal actions, representation of the client before the court and in negotiations with the counterparty, arrangements for the situation of minors before and after the divorce, and all types of alimonies.
We communicate in English and German.
We thoroughly follow the latest developments in the legislation in professional literature – our legal services are provided on the basis of the current legislation and the relevant court decisions. We continue to develop our legal knowledge and information.
In our work, we emphasise professional ethics and use an individual approach each client in order to develop a long-term relationship with our clients based on mutual trust and respect. We therefore provide comprehensive legal services to multiple companies and enterprises on a continuous basis. That is to ensure the shortest and most efficient way of resolving any problems.
