JUDr. Michal Filouš, Lawyer
Michal Filouš is the founder of the law firm. In his legal practice, he mainly focuses on company law, commercial law and customs law, but also welcomes cases from other areas of law.
A graduate from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc (year of 2002). He was admitted as lawyer in 2008.
After graduation from Palacky University, he worked as junior lawyer in a major law firm in Olomouc for seven years. One of his best-known cases of that period involves a reference for a preliminary ruling to the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg concerning obligations imposed on the basis of Community legislation unavailable in an official Czech version. His current clients include, among others, multiple business companies.
Mgr. Kamil Filipi, Junior Lawyer
Kamil Filipi graduated Faculty of Law of Palacky´s University in Olomouc. Before joining the law office he gained experience at District Public Prosecutor's Office and two law offices engaged in general practice, especially criminal law, general civil law matters and real estate law.
Mgr. Marta Tomášková, junior lawyer
Marta Tomášková graduated from Law Faculty of Palacky‘s University in Olomouc in 2008. She had been employed in law and notary offices and she specializes in family law, inheritance law, corporate law and criminal law.
Mgr. Jan Vetešník, Junior Lawyer
Jan Vetešník graduated at the Law Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno. Before joining our team, during his studies, he gained experience mainly with business and labor law as it was a portion of his part-time job. More experience he got during his internship, which took place in company focused on financial law and claims ensuring. Jan currently focuses primarily on civil and labor law, but he does not avoid the financial and criminal law either.
Ing. Zuzana Vachová, Assistant
Zuzana Vachová is in charge of the organisational and operational affairs related to the general administration of the law firm. She focuses on record keeping and communication with the clients and other parties, and will be happy to reply to your phone or e-mail inquires.
